Worst service by Blue Dart. I'm waiting for my courier since 3 days, everyday I got message that item will be delivered today so I take leave from job and wait but after midday I got second message that incomplete address, even no one came or called. I'm living here since 25 years and getting others Post at my doorstep. I have checked the given address, all are correct. What should we do Blue Dart????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Who will responsible if I lose anything by late delivery????????

Such harassment they are inflicting on their customers. #Suggestion-: You should make delivery agent's contact number visible to customer.

A Onam sadya was ordered and it has reached timely till Gurugram on 15th September, but from there it has not been delivered till now.

Wasted Bluedart Zero rating

53518701283 I didn’t received my order and delivery partner didn’t contact me during the time of delivery.

I have took courier service of very cheap and localised service provider, even they have performed well, Indian Speed Post doing excellent job but bluedart is worst service provider one can expect from any private service limited. I don't know why many use it on what basis. Maybe they get bribe from bluedart for contract.

My article reach in my city as per traking but I haven't get the article blue dart is only courior company only by name but it's service is very poor that concerning to other couriour companies
