Very bad service by bluedart they are not providing delivery boy number and other details

I am shocked to experience the services of Bluedart. A consignment booked on the 4th September from Dehli is not delivered in Haveri till 11th.

I need my delivery before 13 evening and all they’re doing is extending the delivery date.

I wanna say blue dart is one of the worst shipping company I have ever seen . I didn't even get my delivery

Worst service...it's been 12days I haven't received the parcel n there is no information on the website also...

Very poor customer service. When I called them they didn't solve my problem even cut my call between the conversation. Worst service ever!!!!!

I got an option of contacting customer on a given number. I called them they told me that I will get a call who will guide me to get the number of delivery boy and they told me that my parcel is in pending state and if I want to get the parcel I need to pay Rs. 2 as service charge. And they send me an app on WhatsApp to install through which I have to register a complaint and then I will get a call from delivery boy today.but when I installed the app my account got debited with all the amount I had in my account. Please see what's happening here. I just installed the because I had faith that this is from bluedart. Please check on it.

Rude in conversation +919899787181 worker number mentioned here. We have right to enquiry our parcel. They kept the parcel more than 2 days in warehouse irresponsibly....

My parcel has been marked delivered and not receiving at me

My order no 40737787790 booked on 9th sept. Not showing any result while tracking. Updation is very slow. It says expected delivery on 11 th sept. But tracking shows even now the parcel is in Mumbai. Please update fast.
