Very poor service, delivery person pick up parcel ,keep with them and not deliver, update false statement that , customer not available to receive parcel,in their tracking system.

Very bad courier i have seen in my life very worest courier delivery my item was with them on 30th of August but they didn't shipped till the date I.e, 4th of September very bad response from them
