No contact to company or delivery person. Not got my order today. No ubdate yet .

It's happening for the second time when parcel was not delivered on time. And there is no one from blue dart who can still tell me when my parcel will be delivered. Very bad experience with blue dart.

Probably one of the worst courier companies operating in India... The contact center is awful to provide any respite once get connected.. Never expecting ontime delivery

My package is not delivered but the tracking ID is so delivered

This is a very bad service. Even though my address is correct, the tracking is showing a wrong address. No one called me regarding the delivery. I called customer care but there was no response from there either.

The best service than you is that of Zomato guys, they reply on time, they pick up the customer's call hand in hand

These people provide a useless service and if you call them there is no answer. The company people have made a mockery of us.

Very bad delivery process.Delivery agent are very lazy.They call only once that too mostly at night and if you miss there call they don't pick your call or call back you.Service needs to be improved a lot.None of my parcel are delivered on time till now

They're scammers and fraudsters.. everytime i get a delivery from blue dart, someone tries to scam me. I don't understand why bog companies work with them when more reliable courier services are available.. they're a bunch of losers.. worst courier service
