Very poor and hopeless service. If you are not able to handle the deliveries for parcels booked, why can't you leave and shut the business. Some needy and genuine agency would get the businesses

Worst service and behaviour my parcel is marked delivered on 16th aug but today is sept 6th till now i did not get my parcel

Very bad service by blue dart the courier boy only give you 1 to 2 call in back to back in 2 minutes and then send the message saying customer is out of reach...how can delivery boy do this he should know that people are busy with their work. He's not the only person working....very worst service by blue dart

Earlier the service was good, now now a days the delivery is lazy. But food item should be delivered in time.

Courier boy Mr divanshu khashyap Has deliberately not delivered the parcel calling in night at 22.15 On the next day not attended the call for 8 times This is your service , shame Not deserve even 1 star It should minus 10

I was supposed to get my parcel and all numbers are invalid or not deachable and if you call a number they tell you to update location and say pay charges for it and the delivery person says they called no one picked up but I didnt even get a call? Are you trying to fool us or what? Pathetic delivery
