Very bad service

Worst service my package is lost and they show that it is delivered

The speed was very good but today I had to face a problem, my courier was visible far from my house, so I tried to contact the courier agent, after that the courier agent told me that you will have to pay ₹5 for fast delivery, we will put your delivery in emergency and you will get it, after that he started asking me for my bank details, said your payment has not been received and told me not to disconnect the call, I am talking to the delivery boy about you, I thought maybe it is a fraud, so I did not talk much and disconnected the call, when I went to my nearest Blue Dart office and told them about the incident, they said yes a lot of cases are happening of this type, so be careful, this type of frauds are happening through Blue Dart also.

With out try to contacting to me blue dart consigne the address

Very very poor service and staff miss behaviour...

Very bad.when I try to connect with blue dart the Toll-free number not working. One personal number received my call & told me your parcel is hold.down loan one app & send me 2 rupees for update your address. Then I disconnected call .what type of fraud don't know ??

3rd class service & fake updates bout parcel...

Through Amazon I have ordered one product on 7 August 24 & I got message that you will get it on 30 or 31 August 24. Today when I searched Blue Dart Tracking ID, I got message your product is not registered. Funny & Shocking.

My courier not received many call to blue Dart office but no response please resolve this issue my 33692659044
