I ordered Cosmetic Items on Purple . Order reached Hubli Service Centre on 28th August. Tracking Map shows early delivery. Courier person not called and I have not received OTP from the concerned , delivery also not taken. Now, Purple says order already delivered. Order containing 4 Items pre paid. Whole Order is missing. Who is responsible ?? Please find it out.
