At the time of tracking it's show that the Article has already been delivered but till time not yet received any article. It's a very unfair business.

My courier not delivered, I call customer care but he send me app link for registration and he told me pay this aap I think it's fraud

Useless cheats blue dart courier

am waiting for my parcel since yesterday. There is no update regarding my parcel & no information about delivery person. Very Bad Service

The courier was suppose to reach Pune from Mumbai on 3rd August, but still no update

Worst. They said delivered but not delivered now they say consignee refused to share otp. They have not approached me for delivery. Now cheating.

Zero star was not an option so one star, pathetic service. Tracking I’d-78073763423, for two consecutive days status they messaged, delivery failed but no call received from the delivery person for first day and on second day he called at 5:46 pm and disconnect the call after one ring only and when I called him after five minutes, he told me he left the location which was an office address so there was no issue of non availability of person to receive the parcel. When I insisted him for delivery, he replied that go and register complaint.
