I had ordered for two creams perhaps dispatched from Mumbai. I luve in Bangalore. I ordered on 22nd and the delivery date shown was 25th and until now I haven't received mu order. My tracking number is 77138356956. I am to travel outside the country in two days. What am I supposed to do? Even if a person had started walking with the product it would have reached me by now.

The worst delivery service I have ever seen..... Don't deliver parcel at time even I go to their branch they had don't know where the parcel was even the contact number of delivery boy is switch off...the customer care demands extra money to share the contact number of delivery boy and for further checking

Very bad experience. Courier boy refused to deliver my parcel inspite of telling him the OTP. Inspite of the fact that he was at registered address and OTP was given to him, he refused to deliver my parcel. He reported that delivery failed due to non availability of consignee.
