Worst courier service ever. I have been experiencing delays in delivery since last one year. I never get my parcels on time. And the customer care number is always busy. It’s high time the websites should deliver packages from different currier companies.

Wish I could minus rate them here. Status says out for delivery from 9AM, evan after 5PM no call from them. Tried to reach them only to find they are busy and I get call back response, it never happened. Similar incident earlier, delivery guy returned item with the status user not reachable. Worst service, they don't care about customer satisfaction. Worst people to dealnwith

When i call to coustmer care je share me a link on whatsapp and told for open the link and share some information. I think this caller is fraud. He told me if u can not share information your parcel can not deleiver.
