Very poor service. Haven't recieved my parcel even after 6 days of the delivery date. Nobody picks up the customer service call as well.

When the delivery person comes to give the parcel, one should at least call once to confirm whether the person is at the address or not. Without a call, a message comes that you did not meet at the address. No one always sits at home or office.

Very worst Service, Coustomer Service Hopeless, Courier send on 19th July 24 delivered on 26 Th July , Delivery attempted for reason premises Closed, But on 26th July it was open and delivered,

One of the worst service I seen in my carrier.... No call from person about our parcel,they just update about address miss match. Worst service, don't place any order from this ediot courier....

Worst Service... Delivery Gets delay,In morning Gets message of parcel Delivery & Then in Evening without any call from delivery person gets message of delay delivery ..... I suggest blue dart to look on it and make some changes
