My fastag is dispatched by tracking id 33477712940 but it was not delivered by courier company stating address Incomplete. Very poor service nobody even contacted on phone

No one called me ever and still showing that consignee no available or address is incomplete very bad service . If there was below 1 star I would gave that but not that option

Worst of worst service.my parcel was stuck since last 3 days ..even I provided a correct and accurate address the delivery agent continuously write feedback that the address is incorrect.i did not receive any call from delivery agent..very worst service..

Worseeee service!!!!! They just lie and update status as premises closed. How can my house be closed??? Nobody called. Nobody rang bell. Nobody came. And since yesterday it’s out for delivery. Bluedart is just horrible.

Worst service I have seen. Very careless people. No dedication towards work. Not even call the consignee and put remark like incomplete address/ incorrect address/ person not available blah blah. Such kind of lazy, value less, illiterate, arrogant people should be removed from service. If the company itself have no ethics and value then please shut it down. Let others who value customer time and money keep on working.
