No one called me or came to my office very bad seevice

Delivery status - Delivered on 18/07/2024. But courier is not received on 24/07/2024 that date

No one called me and the shipment is cancelled. 3rd class customer service.

I got an initial message of a package being booked by my bank with Blue Dart for delivery. (Dispatched: XXX sent by Blue Dart Courier, AWB 33558093376 on 22-JUL-24.) Next message I get yesterday on 23-Juul-24 4:21 PM is that package is out for delivery (Out for Delivery: XXX is out for delivery today through Blue Dart Courier, AWB 33558093376.) Then at early morning 6:01 AM today on 24-Jul-24, I get message for delivery failure of the package. (Missed You: We attempted delivery of XXX by Blue Dart Courier, AWB 33558093376 on 23-JUL-24.) No one came to my home yesterday, no one called, then how can delivery attempt fail? Was this delivery failure marked on purpose as delivery attempt had to be made by yesterday to meet for defined timelines and the agent did not attempt the delivery and simply marked it as failure? Blue Dart, this is becoming frequent with your deliveries, where unwillingness or unviabilitiy (due to multiple reasons like heavy rains/became too late for the day/etc.) of delivery by agents is marked as delivery failures. You have to fix this for good.

Should stop this courier service in India

No one called me. Delivery of Necklace attempted on 25-07-24 by BLUEDART 77135471313 was unsuccessful. Very bad service.

Worst service ever. I didn’t receive any order but order status is that it’s delivered. No number is working.

Nobody contacted at my number. And message was sent : Delivery failed as address was incorrect Tracking Id : 80554222873

We received a parcel that we never ordered, and my 12-year-old brother unknowingly accepted the delivery and paid for it. The product name on the parcel was different, and the product we received was completely different. This website is fraudulent, and we, as customers, want our money back. Can anyone suggest what we should do next?
