From 2days waiting for my parcel....they didn't came to my residence... and they kept premises closed....I'm in home

This is very bad service, they don't provide courier to customer and when customer calls they ask for money from him and say that you did not pick up the courier boy's phone even when anyone calls. Today a similar incident happened with me, one of my items was supposed to arrive but it was late so I called customer care but the phone got disconnected and immediately I got a call from customer care, I raised my concern to them, they said that you also picked up the courier guy's phone so your packet has come back to the office and if you want delivery then you have to pay money, for which I refused, and when I disconnected the phone, and after that i got may packet within 5 minutes,

Worst serivce i ever seen in my life. In delivery they showing estimate 17/10/2024 and today is 21/10 /2024 and. I didn’t received yet please send my parcel its very urgnet

This corrier service is too bad. My product delivery postponed 14/10.16/10.18/10.20/10.Now show 22/10. Customer care is not suitable answer

Worst service. They delaying 2hrs for 100mtrs distance from resident to local hub. Even they I don't know why don't provide any contact number. Very very worst coustomer service. You guys really have to look into this matter not a single coustomer happy with your service.

This is not blue dart courier.this is a fake account who want to hacked your bank account. Please attention to all indian from This hacker.

Worst service, tracker show reach the home town service centre but i didn't receive even after 16 days am still waiting for shipment, the service centre member also didn't say properly, worst hospitality.....

I not even received my parcel yet it been 2 day but they haven't delivered it.

Very worest course

This is very bad service. The delivery date was 17th October and today is 21st October and still there is no trace of my product. I have talked to customer care many times but still haven't received any help.

Can i get their customer service number

Very bad service no customer support at all trying to call on 100 numbers not single number is active which is mentioned delivery date was yesterday and still no phone or anything received. The worst thing is we cannot even reach out to anyone regarding this

Not able to deliver a product in time after reaching only 2 km away and takes 24 hrs to delivered. Neither call to customer for pickup very bad service
