Waiting for parcel for last two days. Delivery person liar, jhootha झूठा, didn't come yesterday and today and writes premises closed. Today I am at home only and yesterday my staff was here

Worst services bad experience this company customer service never supports customers worst all staffs I also waiting my shippment bad not call to customer and delivery boys write to wrong reasons and return to back shipments

Worst service in the world is Blue Dart

Worst experience the coustomer care boy asking me for money for deu livery and also not sending my parasol also

Its the worst delivery service I have encountered. They are only waiting for me to come and collect my parcel myself. My card is due since last week. I have contacted the customer service thrice and everytime I am reassured that it would be delivered tomorrow but it is yet to come. I went to their office and they asked me to go to another one of Blue dart office to collect the parcel, what sense does it make to use a delivery service if you have to collect your parcel yourself. Neither do any of their customer service number work. Hate the service. Would never recommend.

Not cheap and poor and worst company I have ever seen. These chutiyas are never care about customer products. I am waiting for my product for 3 days which have out for delivery

Worst servicing from Blue dart. Not even delivering from the local godown in kanchipuram for 3 days even it reaches next day from Kolkatta to Kanchipuram!! Very worst service

I wish I could give them 0 zero stars , they are not delivering my order and showing that the address I provided is wrong which is not , we couldn't find its office in our city , the address of the office provided by the customer care does not exist, the office mentioned on Google maps is wrong , please avoid blue dart at any cost

They send you Apk file to clear your bank account. Beware..

I wish there could have been negative rating scale worst delivery agents ,there delivery boys are so much stupid that they dont bother to come to adress and stupidly say door closed
