Very poor service by blue dart delivery..they cannot deliver a single parcel on time.. everytime holding delivery at destination city itself..very very poor..I wonder why online sites give them parcel to deliver when we place order with them..

They never deliver items at delivery address and remarked as adress is insufficient information while other couriers delivers item at same address very bad service provided by bluedart at Gorakhpur center which is near to khajanchi. I always need to visit at centre to receive my courier. The deserv zero but unfortunately we do not have option for such remark

Apparently my address is incorrect/ incomplete which it is not by the way. Would have given 0 stars if I could. My package was a birthday gift which now is a late birthday gift credits bluedart
