World’s most worst service. I put Oder before 1month and till now didn’t get it.

My corrier doesn't receive till now which is ordered by me on 1st July 2024 and they send back the corrier without contacting me. Also the delivery person mention, I'm not living in the mentioned address

I wish I could give them 0 zero stars , they are not delivering my order and showing that the address I provided is wrong which is not , we couldn't find its office in our city , the address of the office provided by the customer care does not exist, the office mentioned on Google maps is wrong , please avoid blue dart at any cost

Very poor service .. I did not recieve my credit card bcoz they send msg everyday of dispatch of corrier but no call I recieve from them than they return my corrier.

One of the worst delivery or courier service company that I hav no idea that company like nykaa and all depend on this irresponsible courier agency

You afraid of china or get funding from it

What's up with the wrong map ??...i thought you were a Indian and i would like to have the assumption of being an Indian you would know India's map and boundry.

Reviews are so bad that i was too worried about my parcel though its been late for 1 day...i got my parcel no problem faced...thank you bluedart
