worst service ever... this is a scam, got the msg of out for delivery for today but after few hours, again received a msg mentioning that your parcel can't be delivered due to insufficient address. even i had provided the full address along with pin code. and when i called this customer care support, they are asking for 2 ₹ for sending the link to modify the address details. plz don't do this. Your money can be looted. Also, I'll never use Blue dart in future it's very disappointed,If it may be possible, i will give you negative rating.

Delivery guy kept using the excuse of climate even though it wasn't raining, and without effort of contacting stated that money was not ready at the time of delivery

I haven't received any calls still now, but you guys are updating as address not correct, what's this behaviour???

My delevery date is 12 july but still now 15 july i didn't get myparcel...bad curier and very bad

Pathetic service. Delivery person told that he keep the parcel (important document) at door, and ask otp on call.. They denied to come at door step, even though i have an injury in my leg.

I placed my order on 3rd July and my order was dispatched 10 days ago but there is no update till now

Very poor service my product at ahmadabad yesterday morning but till time they don't dispatch my product for Vadodara till today.my product delivery date also today.very heritating service.

Very bad service - delivery not made as Blue dart claims premises closed !! Ordered Mathai from Almond House Hyderabad and Blue dart were the carriers .. it is now 5 days no sign of delivery and their customer service numbers disconnected -and no premises were closed - delivery at residence

Worst ever courier service i have seen.

Worst service I have ever seen. They don't even attempt the delivery and send back the parcel with a reason claiming that person is not available
