Worst service did not delivered on time

My delivery very very late

I didn't received a single call, message from the delivery man and he confirmed that parcel was delivered. Even 2 days later that didn't updates regarding this. Customer service is useless.

Waiting for several hours after getting message out for delivery but waste of time.customer care number not reachable.Blue Dart is one of the worst courier provider

it has been too much late.when will I get my product?

This seems to be one of the worst service & experience I've ever had. I don't know how this company is still in business with such worst service. It’s been a Week I have placed the order, though it’s showing on website that it will be delivered by 10th but today it’s 13th and still it undelivered. HDFC bank if you're reading this message, don't ever choose this courier service as an option.

Service is very very poor. To hide their inability to deliver the parcels they record wrong stutus as consignee address is incorrect so that people get in panic and rush to their office to collect the parcel. Today this happened with me and one other customer at their patiala HO. The address was correct and even phone number was their on the envelope

Very slow service. Take 5-6 days from Gurgaon.

The worst service I have ever seen. Just behaving like Indian railways never on time.
