My parcel's delivery date was tomorrow but now it's shown delayed by 5 days that's so poor service its a medical equipment so please maintain your service that's so horrible for customers... Thank you

the behaviour and attitude of the employee of this company is worst. They don't deliver the package at same location.

They never attempt to call or notify prior on the delivery and just randomly mention the person not available , pathetic service
