They have not delivered my waibill no.77104563712 till date. Every day message comes as door / premise closed, while no one has reached to my place Cosmos Greens, it's a society of 1500 residents. I am working from home only. I think the staff is cheat, fraud or haramkhor type and does not care for delivery in time of Bluedart courier. Poor and losey people. Bluedart has made poor image now.

Didn't even bother to call me, just marked the parcel as undelivered as mine is a rural area. Worst pathetic behaviour

Didn't like the service. Everytime they cancel saying place was closed and don't even come to deliver or contact with u.

Delivery person called me on phone & understood location but never attempted to deliver the important & urgent courier for 2 days. But out a remark as address wrong/incomplete. Now I am waiting for the 3rd day since out for delivery status to see if it will be delivered to me.

Service is really not convincing...the product which I have ordered not yet delivered yet ...it's supposed to come by 21st June 2024.there is no proper channel to get in contact with the customer care.

Very bad courier service. From days its showing wrong delivery pincode. If that the issue you can contact on the number which was given instead of that they keep sending the parcel from one hub to another.

Delivery was expecting on 26 jun but I got my parcel today 24 jun, excellent courier service, highly recommended

Worst delivery service The delivery guy has still not called me and everytime I am dialing to the customer care they have been saying that your order will be delivered today don't worry.. But the reality is that it didn't.. Highly unethical behavior nd unprofessional services

Worst delivery service ever Send parcel from 17 june 2024 and still does not receive my parcel. No phone calls and also the customer service is not able to make contact. Better not choose this delivery service.
