Very bad courier service, no one called or msg me about my parcel, my address in Palghar Maharashtra but parcel showing in Map mumbai to hyderabad and hyderabad to mumbai ,customer service executives very bad behavior, when calling them they cut down u r call without giving u information, customer care number tried 100 of times,

Delivery guy was drunk. Didn't came to my flate to hand over my parcel. Instead he call me on the road side where he was standing. Also when i go there he throws the parcel on me. It's insulting, not acceptable.....

This guindy centre provides worst service. The delivery agents are all frauds. They don't even try to call the customer. Just update that delivery attempted. God only knows whether they came to the address or not. Hope bluedart SMT is reading this and will take corrective measures.
