The service of shiduli blue dart courier is very bad, neither did any courier deliver and neither did anyone make a phone call to receive the courier. He has no responsibility to ensure that anyone's urgent paper gets received on time.

My package was scheduled to deliver today but I received the message delivery attempt failed. Problem is nobody contacted me for my parcel. Whole Delivery system is scam

No One Call Me And No One Reached My Home location but My Item Was Delivered Successfully As My Name But I Can't Received My Items. The Location of Delivery Is Mistake Show in Blue Dark Traking Side. I Have Lost My More Of Life By Blue Dark. Please Provide Delevery Person Contact Number And Calling For Customer Before Delevery and Confirmation It's true person. Because of this I have become a victim of fraud. my credit card is lost

Worst delivery service of all. I’ve been waiting for my package to arrive but still it is not delivered to me not even a call to reschedule . My package was supposed to be delivered by 10th to 12th June but it is delayed by 5 days. What is the purpose of giving you full details of the address and phone no. If you can’t find the location and can’t even call in case of issue finding the location. Really disappointed.

Worst service & No manners to delivery boy..not having proper training how to talk with customers

My consignment was sent through express service and expected to reach the destination two days back but unfortunately it has not yet reached destination. Concerned staff of blue dart shall fix the accountability of staff
