Worst service, courier agent contacted me and I told my home is in 3 rd floor please given the parcel there , he told come and collect in the ground floor. And I refused and told him to give it to the 3 rd floor in a good way . After that he canceled my order without delivering the product and also not received the call he is disconnected my call so many times . The worst experience I had from this blue cart delivery agency.

My parcel is not moving for past 4 days very bad service. I don't what is the problem with this courier service but it is very pathetic.

Waiting for my parcel. No contact number of parcel bay available. Neither they called me. Premise closed written on taking,how ever this is not true.

If the delivery person does not want to go to particular area, he simply writes as 'door locked'. They know that if the consignment is important then customer will come to their office and collect it.
