My parcel hasn't been recieve yet since yesterday it's showing out for delivery but it didn't reach my hands yet i didn't expect this from blue dart, i cant reach to customer service also not even the company try to call no information has been shared can't wait for 24 hours to wait for an update

Poor service. They don't help you with anything. I asked them how to contact delhivery hub Delhi, my parcel is stuck there for days and they are not even moving it, they simply said I don't know, that's it. I even requested that I won't be there to receive it later please deliver it asap but no response from there side.

My order haven't delivered yet. It's been more than 2 weeks. Delivery boy won't respond nicely. Worst experience till now

The courier service guy is not even ringing the bell..How is it possible for anyone to know when he is attempting to drop the parcel? Disappointing service
