Very bad service courier still not delivered while showing delivered

The parcel in 2 boxes were said to be delivered today but didn't reached till now (8:40 PM). One box was containing Mangoes, needed a special attention, delay may perish whole fruits. Not happy this time with the service. Consignment # 51721524002

Very bad service experience the parcell goes out for delivery every day and not even single call is done to the receiver about the parcell and the response is directly put up by the delivery boy that the receiver gate is close / premises is closed and door is closed... Not satisfied worst delivery partner ever gone across worst worst worst

I had a negative experience with your delivery boy on 12-june-2024. He refused to deliver my parcel to the 3rd floor, as specified in the address, responded rudely when reminded, and threatened to return my parcel unless I came down to collect it. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Please address this issue to ensure better service in the future.

Order placed on 31st May. Today is 12th June. Still item not received. Most worst courier service.

Totally useless delivery service.. Delhivery is far better than Blue Dart .. I ordered 1 thing on 1 june firstly they picked up parcel late and now it is not delivered to me on time today is 12th june and delivery date at first was 9 june then it delayed to 11 june and now I don’t know when it will b delivered
