Blue dart service is very poor. I'm waiting my parcel for few days but didn't receive yet.

Worst service ever, how many days they will take to deliver a small parcel, which hub is only 1km far from my location, waiting for 3 days, they don't have any contact number also to contact with them

Status showing consignee not available.Blatant lie. No contact made neither anyone arrived for delivery.

Very bad experience with blue dart, had raised my query for 4 times. In all times connecting with different people in costomer care and telling different their own excuses like mobile number not reachable, address having issue, landmark not reachable....etc.Horrible thing is, the same address and mobile number all other parcel are getting delivered with out any dely. Why still banking partners are choosing this blue dart....I don't know.

No one from the blue dart even came to deliver my parcel. Tracking I'd 33256201182 and it shows consignee refused/ otp incorrect. I have cameras all over and outside my house. Will definitely take this up legally
