Very bad service

Service was not good they asking money for request

Blue dart has to improve the service whereas they are taking 2 to 3 days to deliver a parcel places under 35 kms radius every time am experiencing a bad service with Blue dart a lot of improvement required in ur service.

From last 2 times blue dart is doing scam on courier, parcel come without order from where it had come no record with blue dart and same time i was waiting for my order from. Another site and i thought it was that order and i paid online and after that i found it fake i lost my 2000 rs and now those guys are not picking phone, worst experience, i think blue dart has no money to run so they scam people like this, i have all the phonegraph and phone number of delivery boy and manager and surely i sue in consumer court as no records are there with the bluedart that from that parcel came

No call no update related parcel wrost service from blue dart

I have ordered on 25 May and the delivery date was 31 May not yet received any call from blue dart.

Poor service. Agent reports ADDR INCORRECT/ADDR INCOMPLETE. They are chor...they did not come to your address. MC

Pathetic service...4 times got a message that consignee didn't receive packet while being at home and even not received yet .it's 15 days now...no updates. No calls no notifications..nothing

Bluedart should just shut if cannot fo it’s sole work properly.

Why do you ask for money if you are already paid.very unhelpful,not customer friendly portal

Very worst service, pathetic, domestic parcel take near about 10 days to deliver. Don't use it, post office service is better than blue dart
