Totally broken parcel

Totally agree with the same experience.The delivery person arrogantly reports the address is incorrect ,whereas it's actually correct.The arrogant delivery person does not even bother to call upon the receivers phone number.The smaller operators are more sincere. Highly overrated arrogant organisation!

Very poor service and unresponsive group . Wastage of your time and money as well as article send by you

Very poor service

delivery boys telling lies . " delivery failed premises closed "while my home is open 24×7.

Courier person has not delivered the order but updated as delivered on 30/05/24. Gave complaint to customer care but no one is responding now. Such a pathetic, worst service . Without delivering how they can update it as delivered. Still I have not received any resolution yet.

I haven't received any call or any message, directly updated in the app as delivered. It's been more than 24hrs now , no update and am not sure where is my product. It's miserable experience actually.

My delivery was pending from last 1 week , delivery person call me and confirming my address but not given my courier very bad service

It’s obviously a disgusting and very bad service. Cheats with customer.
