Very pathetic service as day goes by tracking number 81649775782 not delivered and says a wrong update that no consignee at given adress off lately so many times they updating false details pathetic

Customer service agents have no manner and no knowledge very very low class peoples they don't help but argue and fight with customer.....classless service

The bluedart reputation is going real bad now. My last few packages not even attempted and site says consigee not available. Another package lying in hub since 8th may and nor been delivered

I have an international travel schedule and I was waiting for the credit card. Without even contacting me or coming to location, they marked as I'd mismatch. Blue dart is the worst, I don't understand what banks still use this service
