Not good no call for courier service and courier delivery person

I have my important document to be received through Blue Dart, for 2weeks I haven't received any call they have just sent back as address invalid, worst service, atleast they should ask alternative number

As delivery date is today but still not delivered yet , called to customer care they ask for additional payment to update new landmark as per him address nis not found,which is totally incorrect information.It was correct address which I always use for online delivery

I also haven't received my parcel yet it has some important documents. Also i haven't got any calls yet.

No call received and updated status premises closed It's scam for hiring there services issues

Parcel is out for delivery but did not receive any call message nor parcel

I have received only one call only , I was asked the delivery person to deliver next day ...after that I haven't received any call from blue dart company not any delivery guy

Its happening since last 2 days.. Delivery shows attempted but I do not receive any calls or message.. how to get in touch with the delivery guy.. pathetic service

Worst service ever delivery boy mark attempted my order without any call and I try to call him he didn't pick up my call and I try to contact customer care but they there phone number is busy I try several time .

The parcel was delivered without hassle. Got a message from Blue Dart and personally received a message regarding delivery within an hour from the shop (from Blue Dart message timing). It's all come down to employee efficiency.
