Poor service, schedule delivery with time not delivering. It's below then the local courier service. Still I haven't received my parcel and not showing the reschedule time..

My parcel not recieve yet tracking ID 33128240950 while checking status it's showing out for delivery since last two days but no call from courier delivery person.

Very poor service they deliberately didnot deliver the parcel and say no address found. I have to pick the parcel by own from their godown

Big cheater. Sent a packet of 5.6 Kg to VSP on 3 May from Hyderabad. When contacted the pick up person mentions, blue dart does not provide any box or do packing. However next day, when contacted the company about it, one employee i believe said there is no problem. Company will send the necessary packing material. Also we were told the cost of courier for materials weighing upto 10 kilos is rs 1083// But then next day the pickup person came with a box which can hold 30 Kilos easily. When we asked him to use atleast a box that is 3 times shorter , the boy refused and mentions, it is not possible and charged rs 1840/- Also he wants the charges be paid by cash and is not keen to receive it through Google pay. As we wanted the parcel be sent immediately as there was not much time, we accepted the charges but the amt was gpaid. Overall I realised he charged something like 800 rs/ additional by bringing big container. Overall my first experience with blue dart turns out to be a company that employs cheaters with an object to cheat the customers.

I didn’t receive my parcel he didn’t confirm handover person before submit. Parcel is received by unknown person

Very very slow delivery I will give 0.5 out of 5 star but can't give their is no option because of minimum star rating is 1

33291709485, delivered by phone and taken otp for update delivery saying that our delivery time is closing so you give the otp and I can update delivery and give to you by some time but . He not given courier and not picking the phone .I think he is not good person and required for Such organizations of Blue dart.

They don't deliver the parcel and say consignee not available, they can't even call in the mobile no, which is why the delivery person is lying on his job. They charge more than others, service is getting worse everyday

3rd class service.. I suggest all to shift DTDC as they are the best in delivery on time..
