They don't deliver the parcel and say consignee not available, they can't even call in the mobile no, which is why the delivery person is lying on his job. They charge more than others, service is getting worse everyday

Consignment booked on 27/04/22024 Track no.81627725900 till date item not delivered.No information about delay. Customer care number always inactive. Customer care executive responses only in Hindi.He disconnects the call,after hearing my voice.He repeately communicating Pl talk in English. Absolutely irresponsible behaviour & Attitude

Blue Dart Service is not upto to the mark, as I have ordered for the shipment almost 4 days back but my order was not yet delivered, as they have received my consignment package at a hub location at Delhi on 4th May 2024 but it might have reached the transit hub location Bengaluru on 7th May 2025, but I am not at all notified about the shipped courier status either via SMS or Email. When can I expect for home delivery at the destination location.

Worst service. I got SMS alerts that today courier will arrive in next 30 minutes. After 1 hour I received the SMS saying sorry to missed you delivery shipment. This is happened two times. Still didn't receive the courier yet.

Not a single call and message just arrived and it is marked as consignee not available.
