Shipment from Chennai to Goa supposed to be on Priority Next day delivery not delivered until now and its the 3rd day.Pathetic, dissapointment and loss to client are the only Deliverables Blue Dart is doing except delivery g thr shipment every negative feeling is delivering. Start delivering parcels efficiently than delivering such feelings and emotional and cousin such hardships to client. My client who travelled all the way to foa to receive this the goods for some urgent work had to stay back extra day just becos of this delay. What Remedy ot relief is Blue Dart going to provide. Will you refund the cost and will you ensure atleast today it gets delivered on top priority. Still waiting to see. Country or Globally so called leading courier service delivering such a horrible, apalling dis satisfied service. Hope someone at Blue Dart takes some serious action and revive service levels.

A priority shipment so called Next day Priority setvice from Chennai to Goa is yet to deliver. A shipment marked urgent handed over to Blue dart on 9th wirh a request to deliver next day was stuck in Bial hub (Bengaluru) for some flimpsy reason as over load or something and not transferred to next flight is yet to reach my client. It now shows still in some Hub in Goa. What a pathetic service delivery by Blue Dart DHL. My client who travelled to Goa to get this shipment for some urgent work had to stay back an extra day due to this. Who will compensate all this. Will Blue dart refund the priority amount and apologise for this and provide some relief. Even an Air cargo, we would have had some control and would have been able to reach atleast in a day or max 2 but with 2 full days gone by and now the 3rd day shipment yet to reach. What sort of Deliverable is Blue Dart DHL doing. Is is a Snail delivery or Courier. Dissappoiting is not the word, but instead of providing a high quality service delivering goods, DHL is delivering Anger, pain and damage and loss to clients. Hope they start delivering goods and not negative emotional and losses to Clients. Hope someone in DHL sees this and provides some relief. Not mentioning any details. Let DHL find out how to solve this. No star can be given. How do you gice Zero to this as a rating.

Blue dart courier always refuse to home delivery in 785684 pin code ared (i.e. my home address). They have always some problem to deliver the courier at doorstep. They only request to collect the courier from a specific place which is far distance from me.
