I have ordered my item in Amazon and the item was damaged. So I have not received the item at the time of delivery. Now the blue dart are not delivering my item back to seller they are refusing to accept it. @bluredart please handle the item carefully so the customer and don’t deliver damaged product. Very very bad and slow service. Parcel is not delivered on time as per told. Had to wait whole day for the parcel. After showing in morning that parcel is out for delivery, it is evening and no parcel is yet delivered.

very poor service. I ordered an iphone and it was shipped after almost 2 weeks, it was in Kolkata but then went back to Hyderabad. Now it says it's not deliverable. Sure I'll get my money back, but all the time and energy i wasted for the last 15 days for what? If it isn't deliverable at my location, just let me know during ordering, why make someone wait for that long? I could've gotten an iphone from a physical store by now
