AWB#---33124171452, your delivery guy is not understanding my priorities. I am saying that I am waiting but he is saying that will come 1 hours. This is bogus service.

Worst customer service… critical document couriered with door to door delivery charges but blue dart person refused to deliver as there is only one parcel to deliver hence ask to self collect

Very Bed Service, parsal not receive, How many days more Delivery from gurgaon to faridabad, allready disptch 3 days ago from Gurgaon.

Helpline people and the delivery guy both of them are bad they just do whatever they feel like and then ask you for money

Very very bad service I have seen. My parcel delivered on wrong address. I have informed one day before for confirmation of my address, but instead of that they delivered on wrong address. I think blue dart service now days not a good option for delivery.

Very worst courier service I have ever seen. Without any intimation, delivery is not done. And the order has been closed by blue dart side. Very very worst service. Don’t ever use this courier service for urgency orders.
