Parcel delayed , not on time Some Times wrong delivery. Boys delay the delivery and in between change the item. Worst service

It was a very bad experience from courier service. I have booked an order after 7days also i didnt got it and not only that its not able to track it, I got a mail daying that on Tuesday i will get that order but Tuesday another mail came by saying that my order is packed. I paid money and im not getting it on time

My parcel had to be delivered on 2nd Feb.. and it is still not delivered on 4th Feb. Everyday I reschedule it for the next day, but it doesn't get delivered. Worst service
