I am getting text msgs that un able to deliver my order but deliver person or no one is called to me you guys don't even provided the details of deliver boy

One of the worst service they are asking me to come 60 km from the address to collect parcel and behaving like as I am their servent

It happens two time blue dart partner doesn't even call you for the order and then from the office they call and usually sayd they have tried to reach you and deliver the parcel tomorrow or day after but they will never call you for your parcel

Contact us like as contact to president of USA Its very tuff

They never deliver parcels on time, they are the worst parcel company in India.

After vigorous follow up the packet was delivered. Wasted whole day. Blue dart authorities to think over and speed up their front line staff specially delivery persons.

Worst courier service by you workers...they don't know how to talk with customer.... uneducated employees hired by your company...just waste of time. .

I don't have received any envelope by courier.

The Blue dart services I am writing my experience with the courier,the Blue dart courier is not providing service as they are taking service from customer side they are not delivering consignment at the mentioned adress instead of that they call and ask for pickup from their office.....
