The worst experience ever. The staff is very unsupportive. They are not in favour of listening and update staus of refusal even after the parcel was deliberately not handed over by the service man.

Bluedart service is F*****g rotten. Without visiting or contacting the courier person report consignee not reachable. Either such courier persons should be fired or Blue Dart should wind-up it's services
