Let me get it clear. NEVER TRY BLUDART EXPRESS. It is the worst courier service company in the country. I sent important documents for signature through their speed post, they showed delivery date after 4 days and On the fourth day, they gave false statement that premesis is closed. I'm very disappointed by their service, finally I had to send someone to collect order from their hub. Their delivery agents are extremely unprofessional. I suggest you guys to file complaint in consumer forum against them. Zero star for their useless service at such a premium price point.

Very late delivery

Worst courier, always gives wrong status. Bluedart is not good at all. Always write wrong pincode for no reason.

There are really bad people who come from there for your delivery

Very expensive for 900gm package they ask for ₹500

No one person come to my house and I have not received any call from delivery person. But I have received message " delivery attempt no one present" Accualy I was all the time in my house. Why are you giving wrong information.

very poor service,,,they didn't call or didn't attempt any delivery to the mentioned address,,they leave false undelivered attempt,,,never use Bluedart to deliver your courier,,not useful delivery service

The parcel didn’t get delivered stating no one available at the mentioned address, but it’s not true. All the three time there was no call to given numbers. Didn’t expect such poor response.

The courier partner can't delivered your parcel to your location or address Sometimes some important documents like bank's atm or credit card chequebook or something like that So it's too risky to hand over parcel to bluedart

Useless tracking. Does not give info on expected delivery date or time. Only gives info like order picked up, has reached jaipur hub ?
