Terrible service. My parcel was supposed to be delivered by 8th Feb but the keep delaying i so not understanding why...? Now they estimated delivery is 14th feb thought the address is correct. I don't understand why they keep the parcel at the hub n jus keep updating the order. Horrible sevice. We order online jus to receive it in few days. Blue dart has terrible service. Worst experience

Very bad services

Expected to receive today delivery person called me and he ask me come 20 km from my place where he should deliver the package. I ask him to diliver in given address. After some some time when I track my package. They given the reason is my address is incomplete. Treble service

Delivery boy was very arrogant...i requested him to diliver my parcel to next building but he refused then i asked to wait for sometime but he refused and said he have multiple task to do...and he not delivered my parcel and left from there

Very bad experience with Bluedart delievery person/services.

Haven't received any call from them but got the message that they have attempted to deliver.

I not received my parcel, even address is correct..

Item booked Chennai to Kolkata but it redirect to Bangalore Speed Post is better than blue dart

The pick-up person was so rude and was talking in such a threatening tone. He wasn't ready to wait at the main gate for some time and kept calling me continuously to ask when I'd come, even after telling him that I was at a far-off place and it would take me 10 minutes to get the parcel and get it to the main gate. Worst experience ever.
