Worst delivery since 2 days starting the order

Without coming to the address mentioned it was returned with a bogus report.When tried to contact on mobile no.9798680850 no answer from the number.After sometime some one called from mobile no. 9432338043 to update the address on link .It seemed a fraudster so I refused to open link.

The service is very poor . S0 sad

Pathetic service. I'd to receive my parcel on 31st of July. And its been 2 days neither am I recieving any update about my order nor do I have any kind of information about the same.

worst shipping experience expected date of delivery was 1 august and now delayed to 5 august

A parcel had been booked on my name a week ago . But I still have not received it . Dont even have an update on the same . Keep it up Bluedart and you will be history soon . You were once the best and most reliable courier service .

Very very bad. From mumbai to trichy on urgent packet it takes four days.

Iam received 3 out of 4 boxes, 1 box is missing, Iam not receiving any update from bluedart Anakapalle.its very bad service.

Pathetic, service, staff across all departments, sub standard company, ideally if they pay me a million dollars, to hire their services, I would respectfully decline that offer as well. I do not know how they can change an ETA on a parcel 7 times in 2 days. That's the level of professionalism, these guys have. One department seldomly knows what the other departments are doing. Complete and utter example of how not to run a logistics business. Pathetic!!!!!

My courier was suppose to deliver yesterday 31st July but still its not delivered..Any bluedart not even sharing proper updates..Pathetic services
