Worsted service...never on timely

Very worst service delevery date 26 Jan but delevered 29 Jan too late process please improve ur service

Mentioned that it will be delivered on 30th Jan but today I got the delivery

Worst service by blue dart. The delivery person did not came to deliver the parcel, told that our is too far from main branch office and get collected and giving false information about delivery time.

Worst courier service.Pathetic service. Person at home still delivery failed bcz premises closed....ohhh plz give a valid justification atleast

It's poor response...when I called customer care...guy told me send 3 rs through link which he has send me on WhatsApp from his personal number ....it's look like fake...

Worst courier service. No updates. No response showing Out for delivery no update from courier person... waiting for parcel for more than a week

Worst service ever, am not being able to get my order because I dont have house number, what kind of policy is this, i have my pan card and addhar card just cross check and deliver it and i dont know for what purpose you guys take phone number, you guys never call and just mark it address incomplete.

Very bad service. My parcel is at Dehli hub from last 2 days. It's showing that there is a network issue at the hub. What the hell!!!

They are really careless in their own work I don't know how they are running this business and getting more orders from various sites I ordered a pair of shoes on 21 jan and it's been a week and they have not even updated the tracking location of my parcel .very very disappointed

You guys are having horrible service. I experienced multiple times. Tracking id 50918512562 pending from last 5 days. Unable to reach customer care.

Very poor, very high cost
