Very bad service which is not shown on your site exact address, I called on that he told me to update information , telling to pay charges by Google pay or any other mode, only 2 rupee, plz update courier boys no. So no one can fraud with us. Still waiting for my parcel

Pathetic service you guys are giving. Without any contact by delivery agent status is changed to incomplete address (32856105085) could you check the consignment and deliver it to the address mention on it.

Excellent service.My parcel was despatched from Dombivili,Maharashtra,at about 10pm yesterday 12/01/2024 to Chennai and it rrached today at about 8.35 pm. Fully satisfactory customer service by Blue Dart couriers,

I am writing this for worst service blue dart it's not delivering out product with delivery adress and blue dart center also don't have proper response and harsh behaviour staff with undelivered product please don't use blue dart for parcels

I didn't get my parcel yet, i got a call from delivery guy yesterday and told him the place where he have to deliver he also accepted but still i didn't get the parcel which was very important to me, that delivery guy not picking my call from yesterday.
