Local delivery is not done even in two days. Worst service. Better to be avoided.

Very bad service parcel is reach at destination but not delivered to me since 4 days.customer service is very poor. Not able to understand our problem.disconnecting call directly.

Worst worst worst, I have ever seen this kind of irresponsible courier services in my life, I didn't even received neither my parcel nor any call regarding that.This don't even deserve a single star

Hi all sorry to inform you everyone that blue dart is the worst courier service I ever seen this is not the first time I experienced this delay in status my parcel show out for delivery from previous 3 day bt still did not got my parcel. When I tried to reach them I am unable to reached. May be I need to take legal action and teach them a good lesson..

As I have already opined, the tracking lacks clarity as to the mode of transfer and destination. May do it as India Post which is more precise whereas Blue Dart give very vague information such as 'in transit '. AND IP charge much less

Very poor. I was contacted only once for my order and now it has been returned.

Worst delivery don't try

Request a little more clarity in tracking of items , with more specific information on mode of transport and transit stations ( at least as INDIA POST do, with a much lesser service charges).
