The services are worst then a local courier , charging handsome fee but failed to deliver. In future I ll prefer Local courier at least they deliver in time and are traceable.

India post normal delivery is far far better than blue dart air cargo, this is based on my recent experience in November 16th 2023 Very worst services and fake commitments and customer care not taking any responsibility just passing the ball to other court My recommendation is India post Speed post services or professional couriers is best and very economical

Very worst behaviour from customer care executive. He abused me and told me marr bhi jaoge to parcel nhi milega.. very disgusting behaviour, never expected from this level of company. Very unfortunate

Good and secured delivery service i had ever experienced

An Amazon packet took 12 days to reach Howrah from Mumbai. They enter the most absurd reasons in the tracking status but most of the time it is 'Network delay. Will impact delivery.' I habe always given feedbacks that if they sent it via Bluedart, I will not order from the seller.

Worst ! I got a courier from h&m on Nov 14 to Chennai . For Last 4 days it is Chennai office with out delivery ! Daily it shows out for delivery and end of the day they update “delivery delayed “ worst ever service by blue dart

Blue Dart is the most irregular, wretched & undependable courier service. It's courier boys are uncivil & the company employs uneducated & uncivil boys for delivery . They don't do delivery at the given address but call & distribute goods from a small delivery cab parked at a distance from the given address. Never use this service .
