Worst delivery. Still not recieved my product. It already has been delayed 3 days showing in tracker.

Getting message for a week now that my parcel is out for delivery and everyday it is delayed saying that the delivery was attempted even though there is not a single call that is done for any attempt. Worst service ever in Pune

I use blue dart everytime for my parcel deliveries but this time I didn't get my parcel on time whe I did call or helpline no. They charged money for tracking my parcel

Very cheap and pathetic service by blue dart. Didn't accept such kind of service . Parcel reached at nearby hub on 22 sep and even I call to you delivery boy for delivery but no response from their side

Not just poor it's totally faltu service with totally faltu personnel who don't even know how to talk to the customers

Very disappointed,if there is any Lowe rate I will give that to this agency . Because irresponsible,not transparent,no customer value etcc
