NEGATIVE RATING. NO ONE CONTACT OR DELIVERED ME MY CURIER. WORST COMPANY

If there is a option of giving rating in negative, that would be best for them. No one contacted me & put the feedback consignee not available, on visiting their hub in RDC, Ghaziabad, they have the parcel still refuse to give & ask to come in afternoon Monday to Saturday I go for work & on sunday they are closed. In evening they do not provide us the parcel, tired of going again & again to collect the parcel. Worst service till date

Not happy with duration and number of times short in parcel it became late in delivery. Very non responsible behaviour during breakages. Highly disappointed

I'm KUNAL from BULAND DISTRICT & my Blue Dart Awb 34768475070. My Address is quite correct but Bulandshahr District Blur dart agent not delivering my parcel on my address. Twice & Thrice times, I've already tried but they people always return my parcel after updating that incorrect address/ incomplete address. While I make him a call & ask to delivery my parcel then he is asking for Rs. 500/- to deliver. Their service is very poor at times. They say in the morning that the delivery will be made, but even by night it won’t arrive. They cancel or delay the delivery without giving any reason. No matter how many times you call, the delivery person won’t answer the phone. This kind of service is being provided in the Mail Road city area. It’s an unreliable and disappointing service.
