Very poor service. Helpline number not responding. Since 22nd may it is showing that parcel is on the way.

My ICICI card was dispatched on 21st May and even after 5 days , so far no update from bluedart courier or either from their customer care team…As on today status shows in transit .

Very worst courier service. The parcel was already 2 days late .today they call at evening I was out at that time so I asked the delivery man to handle the parcel at my home and u have send him the money. After receiving the money he didn't handle the parcel. He is not attending the call.very very worst.
