If there are stars that I can give on the negative basis..I would like to give them a 5.The delivery was never made to me. But the status has been updated like the delivery person contacted me..the delivery person also never contacted me..these people delay the parcel..even if the sender is prompt..these people are only working whenever they feel like. Very disappointed..I strongly recommend not to send your parcel through blue dart

Very Poor Service. Booked one docket from Pune to Sirmaur on 28th March and till date on 12th April ita not delivered. They missed 1 parcel out of 2 and still unable to track the missing one. Also not delivered the balance material.

I book my parcel from delhi 2 time 1 time not delivered and now still not delivered more than 10 days I want any parcel anyhow with in working hrs.

3 days ago their man told me that your shipment has arrived but even after 3 days today no shipment has been received. We are calling regularly but still no one answers.

Very poor comunication,Product is out for delivery since last 3 days & till now i am waiting for it.Very Bad experience to shop with TIGC even the cost is prepaid.???
